CoveredCo. conducted a one-day workshop with Minti.com to devise a business development strategy for its US launch.
Minti.com is the largest parenting website in Australia. It is run by Rachel Cook, a key player in women 2.0 and the co-founder of I Need Hits. Within the one-day workshop, CoveredCo. analyzed Minti.com, prepared a SWOT analysis, determined partnerships, gave introductions and advised on future plans and sponsorships. Different user acquisition strategies were developed with the goal of maintaining an organic site while attracting premium sponsored advertising.
